Each piece is handmade and should be handled with care to maintain its appearance over time.
To preserve the finish, avoid direct contact with perfumes, hand creams, lotions, and other chemicals, as these may cause discolouration or dulling. Jewellery should be worn after any such products have been applied and fully absorbed.
When not in use, items should be stored in a dry environment, ideally in a pouch or jewellery box, to reduce exposure to air and moisture.
Natural tarnishing may occur over time. This can be easily removed using a silver or gold polishing cloth to restore the original finish.
Shipping
Please allow 3-5 working days for orders to be shipped.
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail - Tracked & Signed.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. After the order is marked as delivered, it is unfortunately out of my hands.
If your order cannot be located, I recommend contacting Royal Mail to assist in locating your shipment or filing a claim.
Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
